1. REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT
Buyer or purchaser may only request for replacement of the product In the following circumstances:
(a) product delivered does not match the agreed specification;
(b) product received in leaking condition.
2.1 Subject to replacement policy, buyer or purchaser must submit inquiry and evidence within a week upon receipts of product via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.2 Sutera Chemie Marketing will review and determine whether replacement can be made. The process will takes approximately 5-7 working days.
2.3 Once successful, buyer or purchaser will receive an email notification states to return the original products with packaging attach with invoice and delivery order.
2.4 Upon receiving the return products, we will inspect the condition of those products and proceed to replacement.
2.5 Buyer or purchaser will be notified once new batch of products been delivered.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNING PRODUCT
The returnable product must be return to Sutera Chemie Marketing within 7 days. All the products returned must be in original condition without any used. If those returned products or packaging found in physical damage (e.g. dented) condition, Sutera Chemie Marketing has the rights not to replace new products or only replace certain products to buyer or purchaser.
